[MacPerl] Supporting tomorrow's System Software, today

For those who'd like to experiment with the Navigation Services, the future
replacement for the Standard File package, I've put a first cut of the
Perl glue online at

   ftp://err.ethz.ch/pub/neeri/MacPerl/Beta/Navigation_19May98.sit.bin

You'll also need to install the shared library from the Navigation SDK:

   ftp://dev.apple.com/devworld/Development_Kits/Nav_Svcs_1.0_SDK.hqx
